For more than 36 years, Great Lakes Stair has designed, manufactured, and installed custom stair systems for residential and commercial projects locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. From supply-only stair packages and home delivery to fully prefinished and installed stair projects, our team has the experience, craftsmanship, and production capabilities to support projects of nearly any size or complexity.
Founded in 1990 in Hinckley, Ohio, just 20 miles south of Cleveland, Great Lakes Stair & Millwork Co. has grown into a leading custom staircase builder and manufacturer. Our 40,000-square-foot production facility, located minutes from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, is equipped to build custom staircases for clients throughout the United States and beyond.
Each year, our experienced stair builders, craftsmen, and designers produce hundreds of custom staircase designs. Our stair galleries feature thousands of completed projects from across the U.S. and neighboring countries, showcasing the range of styles, materials, and architectural details we can create. With an in-house ornamental iron fabrication shop, we can also design and produce custom ironwork to meet specific decorative, structural, and design requirements.
