The Great Lakes Stair & Millwork Company, a renowned custom stair builder, was founded in 1990 in Hinckley, Ohio 20 miles south of Cleveland. Over the years we have grown to our current complex, which includes a 40,000 square foot production facility, 12 minutes south of Hopkins International airport. Our stair company is equipped to build a custom staircase anywhere there is a need.

Years of experience allow our team of knowledgeable stair builders to produce an average of 250 custom staircase designs each year. Our stair gallery features thousands of pictures of completed jobs from around the U.S. and neighboring countries. Our custom ornamental iron fabrication shop is housed on site to meet any specific decorative iron needs.
